Digital Communication Manager

Description

Main activities:
  • Implement the digital communication plan
  • Manage community engagement and handle messaging across three networks: Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn by gathering necessary information for each type of inquiry: contact details, complaint details, etc.
  • Purchase advertising space and oversee online advertising campaigns
  • Define and document website requirements with providers and develop specifications
  • Ensure optimal and compliant results according to specifications
  • Analyze and monitor website traffic and activities
  • Monitor error rates encountered on the website
  • Manage the company's online reputation across all digital tools (social media, Google, Maps, WhatsApp, etc.)
  • 15-day conversational calendar across the three social media
  • Provide briefs to the graphic designer outlining visual directions (content, image, color, text)
  • Write accompanying texts for publications in Arabic and French, selecting appropriate terms and tone for each network and choosing relevant hashtags for increased visibility
  • Establish benchmarks for competitor digital communications
  • Track social media requests, quotes to zone managers, and complaints to customer service
  • Monthly reports for each network: Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, including analysis, audience measurement, and traffic analysis (growth in subscribers, interactions with posts, subscriber demographics, etc.)
  • Create and manage ad hoc events such as online contests (define contest mechanism, determine prizes, order prizes, propose questions, schedule prize ceremonies, take photos, and publish)
  • Present action summaries to management
  • Propose recommendations for improving digital communication
Access conditions:

Level of education :Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design
Additional Training and Desired Profiles

  • Mastery of digital communication tools and social networks, graphic design desirable
  • Mastery of the French and Arabic languages, English desirable
