Application Conditions

It is important to note that a diagnosis regarding the subject of the claim must be carried out and validated by the after-sales service department and the customer before any repair or replacement of parts or products, in order to determine whether the claim falls under the scope of a provided warranty or a paid warranty.

1 Case of malfunction of a Roller Shutter Box (CVR)

  • Failure related to the operation of the roller shutter (strap, winch, motor, remote control, switch, or receiver).
  • Failure related to the slats (defective slat, etc.).

2 Case of installation not conforming to the rules of the trade.

  • Misadjustment of the openings of the joinery.
  • Water and air infiltration.
  • Technical measurement or input error of dimensions or typologies.

3 Case of product design or manufacturing defect.

  • Discoloration of the profiles.
  • Peeling of the laminated film.
  • Cracking of the insulated glazing without impact.

4 Cases of missing accessories, losses, or theft under the following conditions

  • Before the final client signs the site acceptance certificate.

  • Superficial damages, such as alteration of the glass seal.
  • Incorrect handling after installation of the joinery.
  • Improper use or use not in accordance with the product's instructions.
  • Modification made to the products and/or accessories.
  • Normal wear and aging of the products.
  • Inevitable and/or foreseeable reductions in product performance, including values/technical specifications and general performance tolerances.
  • Deformations and/or significant and abnormal changes in the wall, including bending and elongation, due to ground movements and building construction defects.
  • Solvents or chemicals contained in finishing or fixing products used by various trades in construction work, or in any products used for maintenance and regular cleaning of joinery and housing in general.
  • Contact with other materials such as plaster and cement (alkaline materials that can permanently damage the surface)."
  • Accidental or intentional mechanical impacts.
  • Installation of joinery and/or their reuse in locations where they were not originally intended.
